It was the year 1984 when Gitti and Sepp Goldner opened a small hut at the entrance to the Flachau ski area. To fortify guests, there were sausages, beer, and Obstler (fruit brandy). Not even a door, just a curtain protected against the cold.

With a lot of commitment and hard work, the Hofstadl has evolved over the years into a true après-ski temple. Culinary pleasures and legendary parties are guaranteed at the Hofstadl in beautiful Flachau in the Salzburg region.
